DMCA Content Removal and Dispute Resolution
If a valid DMCA takedown request is submitted, we will remove the content as required by copyright law. To promote fairness, we may share the details of the request, including the complainant’s contact information, with the alleged infringer. If your content was removed by mistake, you have the right to submit a counter-notice. This counter-notice must contain:
A description of the content that was removed and where it was located previously.
Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
A sworn statement under penalty of perjury affirming that the content was taken down due to an error.
A declaration agreeing to legal proceedings and accepting the service of legal documents.
Your physical or electronic signature.
If the counter-notice is valid, we may restore the content unless legal action is initiated by the complainant.
